Person responsible for the contents of the website in terms of §6 of the contract relating to media services (MDStV - German Interstate Media Services Agreement): Andreas Hoves

Clarification:

The Hamburg regional court passed a judgement on 12 May 1998 which said that creating a link on a website meant there was a corresponding responsibility for the contents of the page to which the link points. According to the Hamburg regional court, this responsibility can only be negated by explicitly distancing oneself from said contents. We have placed links on these pages to other internet pages.
